Prepare

Soak the all ingredients in water for 30 mins, and then rinse for later use.

Blanch

Optional: Blanch and add suggested protein (not included).

Rinse

Rinse all the herbs.

Transfer

Pour all the ingredients in a stockpot.

Simmer
